  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
  • Certain items such as personal care gadgets, open-box products, or items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping or pickup (where applicable).

  • Returned items must pass a quality check before approval for refund or exchange.
  1. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds are issued in the following manner:

  • Prepaid Orders (bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer): Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued via bKash or bank transfer after confirming return eligibility.
  • Partial Refunds: May be granted for items with minor defects that do not affect functionality.

If the returned product fails our inspection, no refund will be processed, and the product may be sent back to the customer.

  1. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same item if it arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing fault. If you wish to exchange for a different model, size, or color, please ensure the original product is returned in unused condition and the new item is in stock.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged upon arrival:
